eLearning Platform
Launched on the International Day of Radiology 2021, this new educational initiative is a MUST FOR ALL MSK EXPERTS.
We are proud and grateful. Proud because of the many enhanced features lifting e-learning to the next level. As an example, we mention the instruction videos of how to do an US exam of specific joints. The US subcommittee did an amazing job mobilizing educational resources from experienced members, who share their invaluable experience with us.
The subcommittee of sports offers some advice on papers and tips on specific important topics on MSK.
You will find much more educational material on our website including many of the lectures of our meetings and the high quality webinars that have been organized for the past years.
We are indebted to all those that worked hard, the webinar organizers, our speakers, the chairs and members of the subcommittees. We encourage you to acknowledge the work of our peers, and visit our new site. Please enjoy the educational journey.

“How to scan the nerves” and “How to scan the joints”
The Ultrasound Subcommittee members of the ESSR have created a series of educational videos on “How to scan the joints” and “How to scan the nerves”. The concept of these videos is to guide you through the basic anatomy and examination technique of the peripheral joints and nerves. They are based on the ESSR guidelines and follow the teaching formula used in the annual ESSR Ultrasound workshop. This video series can be a very helpful educational tool for starting off and revising the Musculosketelal Ultrasound scanning protocols in anatomical areas that are frequently referred for Ultrasound scanning.
